About Me

Stacey was raised in the Montgomery County area. She graduated from Oak Ridge High School. She went on to graduate from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a double minor in Dance and Secondary Education as well as a teaching certification in all. Her love of history of the surrounding areas and skills as a teacher provide tremendous insight in organizing, marketing, communication and negotiating what is your largest personal purchase.

Stacey has been a Top Producer for Keller Williams and The Residential Professionals before opening her own brokerage.

An entrepreneur at heart, Southern Properties and Estates was created with the client at the center of focus. Taking the necessary time to learn the wants and needs of the clients is why Stacey has been a top producer year after year. Her clientele is repeat and referral based with new clientele added each month.

When not assisting her clients, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband,  three children and their activities. Her oldest son, Austin, graduated with a Construction Science Management degree and now a construction manager for LGI Homes. Her youngest son, Tristan, is a member of the Texas State University Football team and completing his degree in Mass Communications with emphasis in business. Her daughter, Brooklyn, is multiple year member of  her varsity cheer competition team and an accomplished student.
